User Agreement
This is an Agreement between you (user) and Keshav Kunj Infra and Services Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under Indian Companies act 1956, having its registered office at Plot No- A7 , Kh No-104/2/1,G/F, Block A Gali No-1, Rajapuri Uttam Nagar , New Delhi – 110059, India. Keshavkunj.in website is owned and operated by Keshav Kunj Infra and Services Pvt. Ltd. In this agreement, the terms KeshavKunj, keshavkunj.in, KKIS and The Company shall be interchangeably used to imply: Keshav Kunj Infra and Services Pvt. Ltd.

- Real estate developers & individual property owners – who wish to use the platform to advertise their properties.
- Other users-visitors who does not belong to previous 3 categories.
Keshavkunj.in aims to serve as a platform that facilitates real estate transactions. To ensure the website remains current, it will actively gather relevant information from various public sources, including newspapers and online platforms. If an individual or entity believes their publicly available information has been used inappropriately, they can express their concerns by emailing ni.jnukvahsekobfsctd@troppus. Upon receiving a valid request, the information in question will be promptly removed from the site. Keshavkunj.in operates under the assumption that any information sourced from public channels has been shared with proper consideration by the advertisers and does not infringe on anyone’s privacy rights.
- Voluntary Agreement – By using the website Keshavkunj.in, you are indicating your complete and unconditional acceptance of the various Terms of Agreement outlined on the site, as well as in the disclaimer section of this document. - Assistance for individuals looking to find a property via keshavkunj.in and its associated online resources.
- Service to the Users who wish to place advertisements at keshavkunj.in.
- Service to the Users who wish to receive advertisements and promotional messages on and through emails, SMS, phone calls etc.
- Suspension/Termination of Services –Â
- In the event that the User fails to make a payment, whether previously agreed upon in writing or via email, to the Company by the specified due date, the Company reserves the right to suspend the Service offered to the User. This action is taken without affecting any other rights or remedies available to the Company. Once the User fulfills their payment obligations as requested by the Company, it may choose to restore the Service at its discretion and under conditions it considers appropriate.
- keshavkunj.in reserves unequivocal right to suspend services to any user based upon feedbacks, reviews by other users. The company shall give adequate redressal facility to the said user at its own discretion.
- Keshavkunj.in retains the authority to modify, introduce, or eliminate any Service(s) or feature(s) at its discretion and at any time.
- Keshavkunj.in retains the authority to terminate or pause user accounts at any moment. This action may occur without any specific reason or prior notification. If your service is canceled, your access to it will end immediately.
- Fees and Payment for Property Listings – The Company will determine the applicable rate for its services periodically. At present, there are no fees associated with the informational services available on the keshavkunj.in portal.
- You are required to utilize the keshavkunj.in Service in accordance with all relevant local, state, and central laws and regulations that apply in India.
- Permission to provide content for keshavkunj.in – You may submit any information regarding a property or related matters only if you meet one of the following criteria: – You are the undisputed legal owner of the property in question; or – You possess a legally valid Special Power of Attorney from the undisputed legal owner, granting you authority to act under this Agreement; or – You hold other legally recognized documents that grant you authority; or – You are otherwise legally permitted to submit such information.
